About Winesweeper

Winesweeper finds one great wine deal a day.

We track the best rated wines in UK supermarkets. They are rated 4.0 or more on Vivino, scored 90 or more at the Decanter World Wine Awards, or score highly with wine critics. Every morning we check their prices. The deal is the best of them at £10 or under and cheaper than usual.

If several are on offer, the one with the highest Vivino rating wins. It needs at least 1,000 ratings, so a few keen fans cannot push a wine to the top.

The deal is hidden under a game. Everyone gets the same board each day. Each square you uncover shows a little more of the wine. Clear the board to see all of it, or press Solve to skip the game.

We don't taste the wines, and nobody pays us to pick them. Every past deal stays on the Past deals board, with its price on the day.
